A list of Features
There are so many features and so many ways to configure the system to meet your needs. TYhis list will give you some idea of the capabilities available.

Fully Inclusive
This system is fully inclusive of all the available features, of which there are many. YOu don’ty start with a base system and the get nickel and dimes to death for additional features that you need.
You get all the features in a single package. There are no addons at an additional cost.
Your Existing Numbers
Do you lose any of your existing numbers.? NO!
All of your existing numbers will be ported over so that you do not lose any of them.
Features
There are too many features to list here. The ones that are used most are listed below. You get all of the features included. There are no additional charges for adding features. They are all included.
Receptionist
In a busy office, the receptionist can have a Receptionist Desk Phone, but can also keep track of all phone calls and users on the phone network making it easy to see who is talking to who and for how long and who is free or away.
Digital Receptionist answer calls automatically and can place callers on hold if the receptionist gets very busy.
You can have nested Digital Receptionists and Digital Receptionists for different locations and departments.
Incoming Calls
Incoming Calls can go to a Receptionist, a Digital Receptionist, a Ring Group, a Call Queue or an individual Extension.
In bound call show the Caller ID of the caller.
Your sales people, or others, can have the own personal phone numbers. Incoming calls to their phone num,ber will be routed directly to their extensions. Just as important, outbound calls will show their personal phone number making it easy for customers to return calls. Calls are easaily forwarded to a cell phone number if the called person is out of the office,
Outbound Calls
Outbound Calls contain your caller ID so that the person on the other end knows who is calling and will pick up the phone.
If you have more than one location, the caller ID shown will be for that location.
If you have sales staff with their own phone numbers so that callers can call them directly, their outbound calls will show their personal phone number making it easy for the customer to call their sales person back.
Voicemail
Each extension has it’s own voicemail. Voice mail can be retrieved from your Desktop Phone, your Desktop App, your Mobile App, or the Web client. Voicemails can also be automatically delivered to your email address.
Call Transfers
Calls are easily transferred between extensions, even to other branches or locations, and can also be transferred to external telephone numbers. This makes it easy to transfer the call to a mobile phone or anybexternal number.
Call Queues
Users can be set up in Call Queues. Incoming calls can be sent to a queue in a call center or a group of agents. Callers are given their place in the queue and are even given an option for a call back to a number of their choice. Agents and Users can individually log out of a queue if they are not there. Ask us how we use this feature to eliminate the cost of answering services if you provide 24/7 service.
Ring Groups
It may be useful to send incoming calls to a group of users if you do not have a full time receptionist, or even send calls to a ring group if the receptionist is unable to answer all incoming calls because of the volume of calls coming in during a peak period.
Video Calls and Meetings
Video calls are easy to set up. Simply send all participants a link to click. If the click the link there is nothing to download, numbers to send or any obstacle to them joining. It asks for their name and they join the meeting. The Video conference has all the features such as screen sharing, whiteboards, blackboards and even allows you to play You Tube Videos.
Meetings can be schedules ahead of time and calendar appointments can be emailed out.
Audio Conferences.
A link for an audio conference can be sent out to multiple participants who can join from system extensions or external numbers.
These conferences can be scheduled ahead of time or created on the fly. You can also have Hybrid calls. If the person on the other end does not have a webcam or microphone, you can use their pohone for audio while you are able to present to them by sharing your screen.
Versatile and Portable
Use your phone from anywhere.
Install it on your Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop or Computer.
Want to use someone else’s computer because you might be traveling. No problem. Log onto your web client from any computer and you have a fully functioning phone with all the features.
International Calls and Calling Home
International calls are turned off by default, except for Canada and Mexico, to protect you from unauthorized outbound calls. Calls to specific countries can easily be turned on, and, we can protect you by setting a monthly dollar limit for international calls to protect you.
If you travel, all calls to the US from your international destination are local calls at no charge.
Multiple Locations.
If you have multiple locations you can save a lot of money by having a single phone bill for all of you locations.
You locations can be located anywhere in the US or in almost any overseas country. Calls between extensions at other locations are treated as internal calsl and calls from international locations to numbers within the US are treated as local calls so there is no charge.
Call Recording
All calls can be recorded, or only calls from specific extensions.
Call Recordings are easily accessible from the web client where they can be listened to, deleted or downloaded to a customer’s folder on your computer or uploaded to a CRM so that a record of the call can be part of a customer’s deal or or quote.
SMS
SMS can be added to any phone number. Use SMS to keep in contact with your customers.
Receive messages from your Facebook Business Site. You can respond to the message by calling, emailing or Texting customers or prospective customers.
Messaging
Built in messaging is accessible from the Smart Phone, Desktop App or Web Client and is built into the phone system.
Easily message other users or even groups of users in a group chat. These mesages are private and secure within the system
WhatsApp Integration.
WhatsApp’s use as a business communication tool is growing. There is a Business What’sAppĀ that is designed specifically for business. WhatsApp integrates seamlessly into the phone systems messaging.
Website Integration
Add a Chat Button to your website, allowing customers to chat with you or call you from your Desktop App. Many people prefer a website Chat because they can control the conversation and don’t feel pressured to make a commitment like they do with a phone call.
